Memberships are valid for one year.

Is my membership tax deductible?
Yes, a portion of the donation is tax deductible. The letter you receive with your membership card specifies the amount you may deduct.
If I'm a subscriber, do I still receive membership benefits?
No, but you can upgrade your subscription to a membership category starting at only $45.

What is my membership donation used for?
Your donation supports the traveling educational programs and other outreach activities.
When will I receive my membership card and magazine?
Your membership card will be mailed to you in 10-14 business days. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your first issue of Montana The Magazine of Western History.
What should I do if I lose my membership card?

1-800-243-9900 at your earliest convenience. The replacement cost is $3 per card. You will not be able to use some benefits - such as free admission to Montana's Museum and Montana Historical Society Store discounts - without your card.
