We are currently in the process of bottling our restaurant's house-made sauces that we've created. One is an original KC style BBQ sauce that is sweet and smoky, another is a Carolina mustard, which is tangy and herbal, and and we have an espresso sauce, that has a nice punch from the espresso we pull for it. We are currently working on a fourth and may have the potential to partner with a distillery nearby. We try to source as many local ingredients and meats that we can, as we believe in being as fresh as possible. These sauces are quite popular and the demand has been steadily increasing.

The pork we raise ourselves, on our small farm, 3 miles from Terry. All meat products are processed at a USDA inspected facility in Miles City. The vegetables (in season) come from Hatchett Creek Farm in Fallon, MT. Most of the bread products are Wheat Montana produced. We feel that serving up locally sourced food results in a superior plate of food and benefits the local economy.

We grow rhubarb for our Huckleberry/Rhubarb Crisp which is part of our breakfast menu.We also grow raspberries for our Raspberry Clafoutis (which is a French fruit pie. We exclusively use Wheat Montana Flour for our zucchini sourdough/sour cream and banana sourdough/sour cream breads. Jelly for breakfast bread is made locally at the Spring Creek Hutterite Colony. All of the eggs we prepare for breakfast, such as our Zucchini/Parmesan Fritattas, come from local Hutterite colonies. We love our Lewistown Farmer's Market and purchase locally grown melons, fruits, vegetables, and pork sausage for our guests when seasonally available!
