I make baked goods that use locally sourced vegetables, Wheat Montana Flour and including scones, quiches, muffins, cinnamon rolls and breads that are sold to retailers in my area. I also cater, serve specialty dinners and provide personal chef services directly to my clients. I source my vegetables from our local farmer's, especially Hoot Owl Farm. I make every effort to purchase local fruit, such as Flathead Cherries, Dolzal Apples and Tolowa Gardens greens.
A unique dining experience, the Gracious Table offers a prix fixe menu for a table of up to 12. Meet new friends during your five course experience where you will be treated to excellent service, local ingredients, cooking tips, recipes and ideas for creating your own gracious table at home. We also offer catering, personal chef services, and space for meetings and small gatherings with seating for up to 40.
