Dia Desserts, founded by sisters Melissa and Terri Smith, make cheesecakes in mason jars sold at farmer's markets in Montana. Our cheesecakes are gluten free and include the following Montana ingredients Chocolate Porter from Black Eagle Brewery, Little Red Hen Jellies and Jams, Susie's Cream Cheese, Kalispell Kreamery Heavy Cream, and Willie's Big Horn Bourbon. Dia Desserts feature flavors such as the Strawberry Bull's eye, Mintana, Montana Meadow and Glacier Melt. Our products may be found at the Belgrade Community Market, Great Falls Farmer's Market and at festivals including the Manhattan Potato Festival, SLAM in Bozeman and the Red Ants Pants Music Festival in White Sulphur Springs.
