The Professional Continuing Education service allows both licensees and instructors access to course information quickly and easily.

Instructors/Sponsors:

Logging in:

First time users:
After the board approves a course, the agency administrator will mail or fax the instructor/sponsor a username and password, which will allow the user access to the service. 

If you have not received a username and password or have questions regarding your username and password, contact the appropriate board office at 406-841-2300 or access your board’s website at www.businessstandards.mt.gov

Enter upcoming course-event information:

A course event is a scheduled occurrence of an approved course.

Attend in person course-event:

Online/Correspondence course-events:
Initial online/correspondence course-event (establishing an ongoing, re-occurring course-event):
Subsequent online/correspondence course-events (for the purpose of submitting a roster):

Contact Information:
The information required for a users to obtain additional information about the course and register for a course-event

Primary instructors must enter roster information within 20 days of the course-event completion date.

Find available courses:

This will display all upcoming courses that a licensee can attend in person or take online. 

Find approved educators:
This will display all approved educators as well as their expiration date.
