The Montana State Library Commission meets at least six times per year. Commissioners include Elsie Arntzen - Superintendent of Public Instruction, Vice-Chair Tom Burnett of Bozeman, Carmen Cuthbertson of Kalispell, Tammy Hall of Bozeman, Brian Rossmann - Commissioner of Higher Education Appointee, Chair Robyn Scribner of Geraldine, and Peggy Taylor of Whitefish.

The Commission will consider action on the Executive Planning Process and 2025 Legislative budget requests.  The Commission had intended to award fiscal year 2025 Montana Geospatial Information Act grants at this meeting however, due to declining revenues, the Commission will not award grants at this time.

Members of the public who wish to share public comments on an agenda item or any matter that is within the jurisdiction of the Commission may submit the comments by May 8 at 3 p.m. here: https://forms.office.com/g/JY8agHfuua. Comments may also be submitted in person or on Zoom at the meeting.
