The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is hosting an open house to inform the community of the construction projects taking place in Kalispell this summer. The open house will be held on Thursday, May 16 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Easthaven Baptist Church, located at 2010 Whitefish Stage Road in Kalispell. 

 

The public will have the opportunity to review current plans, provide comments, and ask MDT questions about the projects. No formal presentation will be given.

 

“MDT recognizes that we have many active and upcoming projects across the Flathead Valley,” said Bob Vosen, MDT Missoula District Administrator. “Please come by anytime during the open house. We wanted to provide this combined open house to give everyone a chance to learn more about the projects, ask questions, and share their feedback in one location.”

 

Construction projects that will be highlighted include the Stillwater River – North, Big Mountain Road, and US 93: Treeline Road and Wyoming Street projects, as well as the highly anticipated Reserve Drive: Hutton Ranch Road to Whitefish Stage Road project.
