NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MONTANA BOARD OF HOUSING MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intent of the Montana Board of Housing to hold a public hearing on the Board’s proposed issuance of: Up to $8,000,000 of its multifamily housing revenue bonds (the “Bonds”), the proceeds of which will be used to accomplish a plan of finance consisting of financing a loan or loans for the acquisition, rehabilitation and equipping of the (i) Bitterroot Commons Apartments, and (ii) the Mountain View Apartments, affordable housing developments collectively known as the Bitterroot Valley Apartments consisting of an aggregate 52 units located in multiple buildings and scattered sites at the following addresses in Darby and Hamilton, Montana: Apartment: | Address | Number of Units: | Maximum Amount of Bonds: | Bitterroot Commons Apartments | 501-603 Welcome Way, Darby, Montana 59829 | 16 | $2,400,000 | Mountain View Apartments | 300-500 Stonegate Dr, Hamilton, Montana, 59840 | 36 | $5,600,000 | The owner/borrowers will be Bitterroot Valley Apartments, LP a Domestic Limited Partnership in Montana, or another affiliate of Summit Housing Group (the “Borrower”). The hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m. on March 29, 2021, in the office of the Executive Director of the Montana Board of Housing located at 301 South Park Avenue, Second Floor, Helena, Montana. Oral comments are limited to five minutes; however, written comments will be accepted and included in the record of the public hearing. At the time and place fixed for the hearing, all individuals who appear or who attend via Zoom or conference call will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the proposal to issue the Bonds, and all written comments previously filed with the Board at its offices at 301 South Park Avenue, Room 240, Helena, Montana, will be considered.
