The Montana Facility Finance Authority (the “Authority”) will conduct a February 25, 2021 board meeting in Helena, MT to consider motions for Board action.
Helena -The Montana Facility Finance Authority (the “Authority”), Department of Commerce, will conduct a board meeting starting at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2021 via conference call. Additional information is available at the Authority’s website, http://mtfacilityfinance.com/Board. The Authority will consider approving the following items:
· A Trust Fund Loan request from Fallon Medical Complex in Baker, Montana for up to $259,214 for reimbursement of eligible capital upgrades.
The Authority will review programs and general administrative matters including periodic reports.
