Beginning in May, the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) and Riverside Construction will be making improvements to the 26-mile stretch of US 2 between Hungry Horse and Stanton Creek. These enhancements will include roadway resurfacing, new pavement markings, upgraded guardrail, additional rumble strips, and ADA ramp sidewalk enhancements.
Everyone is invited to engage directly with the project team that will be conducting necessary pavement preservation work on 26 miles of US 2 between Hungry Horse and Stanton Creek. We will answer all project questions and provide
additional information. There will be two opportunities to attend construction open houses. An in person open house on April 29, 2021 and a virtual on April 30, 2021.
