NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MONTANA BOARD OF HOUSING MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intent of the Montana Board of Housing to hold a public hearing on the Board’s proposed issuance of: Up to $55,000,000 of its multifamily housing revenue bonds (the “Bonds”), the proceeds of which will be used to accomplish a plan of finance consisting of financing a loan or loans for the acquisition, rehabilitation and equipping of the (i) Silver Bow Home Apartments (ii) the Leggat Apartments, (iii) the Rosalie Manor Apartments and (iv) the Elm Street Apartments, affordable housing developments consisting of an aggregate 343 units located in multiple buildings and scattered sites at the following addresses in Butte, Montana: Apartment: | Address | Number of Units: | Maximum Amount of Bonds: | Silver Bow Home | 220 Curtis St., Butte, MT 59701 | 212 | $38,700,000 | Leggat | 50 West Broadway, Butte, MT 59701 | 30 | $4,200,000 | Rosalie Manor | 1125 South Main St., Butte, MT 59701 | 66 | $7,900,000 | Elm Street | 1500-1628 Elm Street, Butte, MT 59701 | 35 | $4,200,000 | The owner/borrowers will be (a) Butte Affordable Owner I LLC and (b) Butte Affordable Owner II LLC, as applicable, whose controlling owner shall be Butte Affordable Housing Solutions, LP, a Montana limited partnership, or another affiliate of Butte Affordable Housing, Inc. a Montana nonprofit corporation. The hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on March 20, 2020, in the office of the Executive director of the Montana Board of Housing located at 301 South Park Avenue, Second Floor, Helena, Montana. Oral comments are limited to five minutes; however, written comments will be accepted and included in the record of the public hearing. At the time and place fixed for the hearing, all individuals who appear or who attend via conference call will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the proposal to issue the Obligations, and all written comments previously filed with the Board at its offices at 301 South Park Avenue, Room 240, Helena, Montana, will be considered.
