The Montana Facility Finance Authority (the “Authority”) will conduct a June 19, 2018 board meeting in Helena to consider motions for Board action. Helena-The Montana Facility Finance Authority (the “Authority”), Department of Commerce, will conduct a board meeting starting at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 in the Montana Facility Finance Authority office at 2401 Colonial Dr., Helena, MT 59601 (third floor). The Authority will consider approving the following items: · The issuance of up to $95,000,000 in tax-exempt Bonds for Kalispell Regional Medical Center, in Kalispell, Montana, to provide funding for the new Montana Children's Medical Center, refinance a bridge loan for the same, refund the Series 2014 & 2016 Facilities Revenue Notes and reimburse KRMC for monies spent on capital projects. · The issuance of up to $10,000,000 in tax-exempt Bonds for Big Horn Hospital Association, in Hardin, Montana, to finance construction of a new emergency department and ambulance garage addition, a new main entry lobby and drive under canopy addition and a new patient wing. · The issuance of up to $4,800,000 in tax-exempt Bonds for Montana State Hospital, in Warm Springs and Lewistown, Montana, to refund the Series 1997 Bonds. · A Trust Fund loan request, from Central Montana Medical Center in Lewistown, Montana, for up to $1,200,000, to finance an equipment purchase and renovation of the current facility.The Authority will also review programs and general administrative matters including periodic reports.
