The Montana Facility Finance Authority (the “Authority”) will conduct a March 21, 2017 board meeting in Helena, Montana to consider resolutions and motions for Board action on the financing for Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital (Hamilton, MT), the inducement resolution for Green Diamond Tires-North America (Missoula, MT) and new board member training.
