Russell birthday cake; pre-publication sign up for the MHS Press’ forthcoming book, Montana’s Charlie Russell: Art in   the Collection of the Montana Historical Society (publication date September 2014)10 am – Docent in The Mackay Gallery of C.M. Russell Art to answer questions & provide insight into Russell’s work

12 pm – 1 pm - Montana’s Cowboy Artist and the Women in His Life - presentation by Kirby Lambert (Friends of the Society Women’s History Lecture Series - $5 fee)

1 pm – Authors Kirby Lambert & Jennifer Bottomly-O’Looney will be in The Mackay Gallery of C.M. Russell Art to answer questions and provide insight into Russell’s work
