Each year, Public Library Directors in Montana are tasked with submitting a report of their library’s activities in the form of the public library statistics submitted through the MT Library Directory.  The information provided is critical to the efforts of the State Library in helping to design services and  in securing funding to support libraries.  The information provided is utilized both statewide and nationally. Library statistics are due November 19^th.

To help complete this task with accuracy and efficacy, the MT State Library has scheduled a series of drop-in online help clinics.  There is no need to pre-register for these online sessions.  Use this link to connect to any of the clinics:  https://www1.gotomeeting.com/join/880930305 (headset with a microphone recommended).  Colleen Hamer and Jo Flick will host the sessions, and other MT Library staff will be dropping in as well. 

NEW PUBLIC LIBRARY DIRECTORS – please plan to attend at least one of the sessions during the summer to get an overview and orientation to the process.
