The State Library Network Advisory Council (NAC), representing all types of libraries, assists in recommending LSTA funding for Library Development statewide pilots, projects and programs. These efforts focus on expanding resources and access, demonstrating innovative ways to advance libraries and librarianship, and fulfilling the information needs of all Montana’s citizens.
