District Ranger, soldier, fur trapper, wilderness advocate-- Bud Moore was all of these. During a long career with the Forest Service, and later at his sustainable forestry operation in Condon, Montana, Bud walked his talk about the values and virtues of living in harmony with the natural world. This is Bud's story in his own words in a film by one of his many friends which also features interviews with people touched by his wise and generous spirit.
